INTRODUCTION

Doc$! respects the privacy of our users and understands the importance of your confidentiality. This privacy policy will describe the ways in which Doc$! collects and tabulates your information for comparison purposes. It will explain our methods of ensuring both your privacy and confidentiality as well as your anonymity if you choose to guard youyr identity through use of a FICTIONAL username. REGISTRATION

While you may use some of the Doc$! features without registering, certain features do require that you register with Doc$! for them to function properly. If you choose to register or update an existing account with Docx! or access certain features, you may be required to provide certain personal information, such as your username, email address and a password to access your Doc$! account. Sensitive and personal information about you is not a part of our user registration format, and Doc$! will NEVER ask you to provide your name, address, a phone number, your social security number, nor any other personal information with which we can establish your identity. If you choose to register with a FICTIONAL username (i.e; "snoopy199") your anonymity will ALWAYS be left up to your discretion. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal information that you submit to Doc$!. Your email address will only be included in your account registration for the purpose of our communication with you to maintain your account (i.e; password retrieval, password changes, etc.).

INTERACTIVE SERVICES

Some of our features, such as creation of price records, require that you register as a user and create a Doc$! account. You are not required to register in order to initally browse the users' records search tables. But we may from time to time limit the frequency of searches you can conduct as a means to incentivize user participation.

ADVERTISERS, COOKIES, AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We and our partners use cookies to collect information about your use of the web. “Cookies” are small data files assigned to your browser when you visit Doc$! which enable recognition of your browser and collect and store information about your use of the web, as described above. NO MARKETING OR SELLING OF YOUR INFORMATION

Doc$! pledges that we will NEVER sell or otherwise market in detail nor in aggregate any of your information (i.e; email address) to third party marketing companies for the purpose of email sales lists. Doc$! does not share your personal information with Third Party Websites without your consent, but you should be aware that any information you disclose to these Third Party Websites once you access these Third Party Websites is not subject to this Privacy Policy. Doc$! does not endorse and is not responsible for the privacy practices of these Third Party Websites. You should review the privacy policy posted on the Third Party Website to understand how that Third Party Website collects and uses your information.

INFORMATION SECURITY AND RETENTION

We take reasonable security measures to protect the security of your personal information. Despite Doc$!'s efforts to protect your personal information, there is always some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way around our security systems or that transmissions of your information over the Internet may be intercepted. The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter personal information (i.e; email address), we encrypt the transmission of that information or use SSL connections (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We will retain your personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. At any time you can remove your personal information or instruct us to remove it, but you should be aware that it is not technologically possible to remove each and every record of the information you have provided to Doc$! from our servers.

We reserve the right to change or modify this Privacy Policy and any of our Services at any time and any changes will be effective upon being posted unless we advise otherwise. By continuing to use the Services after changes are made to this Privacy Policy, you agree to such changes.
